[Origin]: Red cabbage red is extracted and purified from edible vegetable Brassica Oleraea Var(cabbage).
 
 
[Composition]: The pigment mainly consists of mixture of Anthocyanins.
 
 
[Characteristics]: Red Cabbage Color is a purple-red or liquid color, which easily soluble in water and ethanol solution, not soluble in oil. The color is purple-red and stale when the solution is acidity. Neutral condition, the color is blue. Alkalinity condition, the color is green and not stable.
